Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that QR codes with details of the contractor, consultant, and government officials responsible will be installed along national highways. "Sirf main kyon gaali khaun (why should only I be blamed for bad roads)," he said. "Why should the press print only my pictures; print their pictures also," Gadkari added jokingly.
