Red Bull driver Yuki Tsunoda was issued a 10-second penalty for tagging the rear-end of Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll's car on lap six in Brazilian GP. According to the rules, he had to stay stationary at the pit without any repairs. However, his rear wheel operator started working on the car after it stopped, resulting in another 10-second penalty.
