The Election Commission introduced new EVM ballot paper guidelines to make voting more accessible and transparent. Aimed at helping voters, especially elderly and visually challenged to identify candidates easily, the changes ensure clearer visuals, better font readability, and uniform design. Bihar will be the first state to implement the voter-friendly format.
