Sajeeb Wazed, the son of ousted former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina who has been sentenced to death by the country’s tribunal, called the trial a complete "sham". On Bangladesh interim government's request to India to extradite Hasina, Sajeeb said, "Everything in Bangladesh has happened illegally." "Why would anybody respond to an illegal request...that has conducted a sham trial?" he asked.
