Ishan Kishan, who was unable to secure an India call-up to replace injured Rishabh Pant on England tour in July, will now have to sit out the opening match of the Duleep Trophy 2025 against North Zone. The decision was taken because he reportedly had stitches after he suffered a minor injury during his County stint with Nottinghamshire.
