A wife can seek preservation and disclosure of call data records and location details of her husband and his alleged paramour to substantiate claims of adultery, Delhi HC said. It added these are objective records that assist in process of adjudication. The court said this while hearing a petition filed by the husband and alleged paramour, challenging family court's order.
