Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that a wife refusing physical relations occasionally with her husband doesn't amount to cruelty under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The court was hearing a husband's appeal against a family court's order dismissing his divorce plea. It also noted that any wife can expect her husband to be caring towards her and their children.
