After a video showed an emaciated Israeli hostage in Hamas' capture, the militant group said it will allow the Red Cross to deliver aid to hostages in Gaza, if Israel meets certain conditions. These conditions include Israel permanently opening humanitarian corridors and halting airstrikes during the distribution of aid. Out of 50 hostages, Israel believes only 20 are alive.
