AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said he will campaign for BJP in the upcoming Delhi elections in February if Prime Minister Narendra Modi makes electricity free in the 22 states ruled by BJP-led NDA government. "Bullets are being fired daily, crime is on the rise, and BJP is busy stopping Delhi government's work," he said.
