A video showed Ittehad-e-Millat Council leader Nafees threatening an SHO in UP's Bareilly after posters reading 'I Love Muhammad' were removed. Nafees could be heard saying that he'd chop the policeman's hand off and have him stripped of his uniform. The controversy erupted after similar posters were first installed in Kanpur during a Barawafat procession earlier this month.
