Israeli Ambassador to Moscow Simona Halperin said they want to entirely dismantle Iran's nuclear programme and will consider talks only after it is achieved. On being asked if toppling government in Iran is also an objective of Israel, Halperin stated, "Only the Iranian people will decide for themselves what they want and how they're ruled."
