Family of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Sandeep Kumar, who died by suicide, refused to hand over his body to police in Haryana. The family said they will cremate the body only after IAS officer Amneet Kumar, wife of late IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, is arrested. They alleged Sandeep was being "tortured" after he arrested Puran's gunman in bribery case.
