Switzerland's Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis said Russian President Vladimir Putin would be granted immunity from arrest if he came to the country for talks on peace in Ukraine, despite ICC arrest warrant. This comes after French President Emmanuel Macron said a peace summit between Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy might be held in "a neutral country, maybe Switzerland".
