Jyoti Singh, the wife of Bhojpuri actor-turned-politician Pawan Singh, broke down after police stopped her from entering his Lucknow residence. Jyoti alleged that Pawan had filed an FIR against her. After police asked her to visit the police station, Jyoti said, "I come from a respectable family...If I'm being forced to go to a police station...I'll take poison right here."
