Microsoft is ending security support for Windows 10 this October. Users can still get free updates by syncing their PC with OneDrive using Windows Backup, redeeming Microsoft Rewards points, and enrolling in the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program. While businesses can pay for extended updates, home users can use this cloud-based workaround to avoid the £30 annual ESU fee.
