A study led by University of Oxford researchers has found that the winter behaviour in birds can predict their springtime divorce. The study conducted on 'tit' birds found that pairs who spent significantly less time together during the winter were more likely to get separated later in the spring. It stated that faithful pairs increasingly bonded over time.
