Officials in Wisconsin found several federal violations at a nursing home where a nurse chopped off a 62-year-old man's frostbitten foot without his consent to have it stuffed at her family's taxidermy shop. She wanted to display the stuffed foot to warn children to wear boots during winters. Officials found that nursing home didn't notify physician of man's worsening condition.
