The Chandigarh Municipal Corporation (MC) is set to improve the city's road conditions first with the recent approval of ₹125 crore from the Government of India. Mayor Harpreet Kaur Babla announced that the corporation will prioritise essential works, focusing on repairing and maintaining roads, as well as upgrading street lights.
