Prithi Narayanan, ex-India cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin's wife, penned a post ahead of first India-England Test in Headingley. She wrote, "Test match day for India and I woke up with...many mixed feelings :) have to find a way to love it and unlearn the only way I knew to." Ashwin announced his retirement from the red ball format in December 2024.
