A woman who was born without arms has received a four-wheeler driving licence in Kerala. The 32-year-old is being considered to be the first woman without hands in Asia to have received a licence, said Kerala's Motor Vehicles Department. She can drive a car using her legs and a voice commands-based system for operating indicators, wipers and headlamps in car.
