A 40-year-old man's body was found buried in a 3.5-foot-deep pit inside his own house after his family noticed three floor tiles with different colours in Mumbai. Police sources said his wife, Chaman, got the pit dug 12 days before and got it tiled for ₹1,200 two days after that. Chaman allegedly planned the 'Drishyam-style' murder with her neighbour-turned-lover Monu.
