A woman was caught at Delhi Airport while attempting to smuggle approximately 1kg of gold hidden in an underwear. The gold valued at over ₹1.17 crore, was seized. She was travelling from Myanmar to India. Earlier, in another incident a male passenger arriving from Dubai was caught smuggling 170 grams of gold by hiding it in water bottle cap.
