A woman in Rajasthan claimed a cab driver arranged via MakeMyTrip harassed her and her family and threw their luggage out of his car after they booked another Delhi-bound cab as he was late. She claimed the driver was threatening her and demanding payment despite not rendering his service. "If anything happens to me...MakeMyTrip will be responsible," she said.
