The Delhi High Court said the fact that a woman was crying, doesn't per se prove any case of dowry harassment. The court said this while dismissing a petition against discharge of a husband and his family from charges of cruelty and dowry harassment. Notably, the woman, who passed away in 2014, had called her sister while crying.
