A 23-year-old woman died by suicide in Kerala after accusing her boyfriend and his family members of detaining and torturing her mentally and physically, reports said. Sona Eldose left her home last month after the accused, Rameez Mohammad, promised to marry her without religious conversion. However, she was allegedly locked up, tortured and pressured to convert, reports said.
