A 39-year-old Karnataka home guard woman was gang-raped near Madlur village. She had gone to Kushtagi in Karnataka to collect ₹5,000 from an acquaintance when the accused took her on a bike and offered her alcohol pretending it as juice. Police arrested four men, now in judicial custody. The victim is undergoing treatment at the district hospital, and investigations are ongoing.
