In a shocking revelation in Mizoram murder case, Lalremruati, wife of the deceased, confessed to killing her husband and staging it as suicide to be with lover during police interrogation. A 28-year-old man from Lawngtlai district, suspected as her lover, was released due to lack of evidence. Police are treating the case as a homicide after initially considering it suicide.
