Namita Banka left her career in jewellery design to work on sanitation and started a company Banka BioLoo. She, through her company, has brought bio-toilets and wastewater treatment to rural India and transformed sanitation on Indian Railways. "When I started, people would often say, 'Who works with toilets? That's not for you'." Namita stated that what she saw was different.
