The dismembered body of 35-year-old Rachna Yadav was found in a well in Kishorpura village of Jhansi. Police arrested former village head Sanjay Patel and his nephew Sandeep for murder. A third accused, Pradeep Ahirwar, remains at large as the investigation continues. The case has shocked the local community.
