A total of 14 plastic bags stuffed with a woman's dismembered body parts and her severed head were found scattered along a road in Karnataka's Koratagere, reports said. As per police, the culprits likely came in a car to dispose of the body. The matter reportedly came to light after a dog was spotted dragging a severed hand by locals.
