A case reported in the journal The Lancet from the Netherlands describes a woman who saw people's faces as dragons, with dark skin, snouts, pointy ears and glowing eyes. The woman was diagnosed with prosopometamorphopsia (PMO), a rare condition linked to brain structure changes and disorders like epilepsy, migraine and stroke.
