A Mumbai woman shared her mother's story of running a vada pav stall outside BMC Hospital for 11 years. Despite no formal education, she speaks five languages- Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, and some English- and connects well with customers, she said. She faced many challenges in beginning but she never complained. "She loves what she does," her daughter said.
