The Centre has decided to issue a visitor’s visa to 62-year-old Rakshanda Rashid, who was deported to Pakistan on April 29 after the Pahalgam terror attack. Rashid had been living in India for the past 30-35 years on a Long-term visa, which was annually reviewed and had married an Indian national with whom she has four children.
