A 45-year-old man, Raju Bisan Kakde, brutally murdered his wife Jyoti (35) by stabbing her multiple times during a domestic quarrel in Karave, Navi Mumbai. An alcoholic with a history of abuse, Raju attacked her after demanding money for liquor. Jyoti, who had separated from him earlier, died before admission to hospital. He was caught by relatives and arrested the same night.
