A woman was tied to a tree and beaten up over a ₹80,000 loan which her husband took in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district. A video of the incident shows her child sitting next to her while she was tied. The incident occurred in Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu's constituency, following which he ordered that strict action against accused should be taken.
