Gaganpreet Kaur, the woman who killed a Finance Ministry official in a BMW crash in Delhi earlier this month, has been granted bail by the Patiala House Court. She was granted bail on a bond of ₹1 lakh and two sureties of the same amount. The court also directed Gaganpreet to surrender her passport.
