A Delhi court on Monday reprimanded the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the traffic police over their alleged inaction in 'illegal encroachments, traffic congestion and unregulated activities' around the Tis Hazari court complex. "If you'll be diligent and vigilant, none of this will happen...You're duty-bound to take action," the court said, hearing a lawyer's petition.
