The brother of an Odisha government college student, who set herself on fire after accusing a faculty member of sexual harassment, said he won't spare anyone. "See, everyone knows, this would not have happened had there been a free and fair investigation earlier," he stated. "I can go to any length. Don't underestimate the power of a citizen," he added.
