After the second phase of polling in Bihar concluded, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate said she would not comment on exit polls, stating that discussions will take place after the results are announced on November 14. However, she added, "Bihar will teach a lesson because its right to vote has been manipulated...I am sure that the Mahagathbandhan will form the government."
