Chinese scientists have developed the first all-frequency 6G chip that can deliver mobile internet speeds of over 100 Gbps by integrating the full spectrum from 0.5 GHz to 115 GHz. This breakthrough enables rapid data transmission, such as sending a 50GB 8K movie within seconds and providing coverage across remote areas, according to the scientists.
