Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said China's dam being built near state border will be a ticking "water bomb", an existential threat and a bigger issue than anything else apart from military threat for India. He stated the world's largest dam project is a matter of concern as China is not a signatory to the international water treaty.
