Pushkar Raj Sabharwal, the father of Captain Sumeet Sabharwal, the pilot of the ill-fated Air India plane, told SC through his lawyer that the Wall Street Journal's report attacked his son. "Then your suit should have been against the Wall Street Journal in an American court," SC said. SC also remarked that nasty reporting is being done to blame India.
