X Corp has filed a fresh appeal in the Karnataka High Court challenging the earlier ruling that upheld the government's Sahyog portal and the use of Section 79(3)(b) for takedown orders. The company says it complied with over 91% of government requests in early 2025, arguing that the existing system lacks transparency and bypasses the safeguards under Section 69A.
