Elon Musk's X suspended an account named "American" after it was found that the account was based in Pakistan. A screenshot showed that the account, labelled as “American”, was connected via the "Pakistan App Store". The account, which started in 2007, changed its username in 2018. X recently rolled out the 'About this account' feature to users' profiles.
