On Yoga Day, 65 participants held a unique session inside Meghalaya’s ancient Arwah-Lumshynna Cave. Organised by GSI Shillong, the “Yoga Sangam” blended movement with nature amid fossil-rich limestone formations. NEIAH experts led the event. A parallel session was held at the GSI campus, marking a peaceful close to a week-long yoga boot camp.
