A meta-analysis of 30 randomised controlled trials has found that doing high-intensity yoga, for 30 minutes twice a week, improves a person's sleep quality more than other exercises like walking, resistance training and aerobic workouts. The study found that the results of the exercise can be seen in people with sleep disorders within 8 to 10 weeks.
