Ex-NCB officer Sameer Wankhede answered why Aryan Khan was kept in custody for 25 days in 2021 despite not possessing drugs. Wankhede claimed when they arrest someone, it's not necessary for them to have drugs on them. "Someone must have manufactured [drugs]...and there must be someone who's intending to buy it...Law entails that entire chain should be arrested," he explained.
