Dr Manvir Bhatia said skipped sleep hours accumulate over time. Over time, it leaves you tired, lowers immunity, and affects focus. She added that one long night of rest can't fix days of lost sleep. She recommended maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and going to bed early each night to gradually repay the debt and restore your body and brain.
