In a conversation with Raj Shamani, Kunal Shah, Founder of CRED, said that he believes the people around you shape your identity more than you realise. "But when you start levelling up, you’ll have to leave some people behind. Most people can’t do it, they’re scared to be called arrogant. But growth demands new rooms," he said.
