The Supreme Court has pulled up the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) for not taking steps to curb pollution in Delhi-NCR and called the panel "silent spectators". Justice AS Oka said that there has been a "total non-compliance" with the CAQM Act. "Please show us a single step taken...It is all in the air," Justice Oka added.
